SORRY, WE DO NOT FURNISH maid service, bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels, soap, large cook pots, Bar-B-Q grills, electrical equipment to charge batteries, or boat anchors. Cottages are equipped for light housekeeping only.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Three days rental rate for each week reserved. Money orders or Cashier's Check must accompany each reservation. We DO NOT accept credit cards for deposit. Phone reservations will be held 5 days pending arrival of deposit. All cottage rents due upon arrival. Add state lodging and sales tax to all rentals. We accept cashier's checks, money orders, travelers checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, cash. Cottage will be held until 6:00 p.m. on day of arrival unless notified otherwise. Unlike hotels and motels, we are a family operated resort. If you plan on arriving after 6:00 p.m., you must make arrangements with the office prior to arrival.

To accommodate our boating guests we have excellent docking facilities for all crafts up to 30 ft. We have thirty-three covered and lighted slips, conveniently located to the cottage of your choice. ALL guests with ANY watercraft will be charged $12.00 per day during April 1 - May 22 and September 6 - November 1. During May 23 - September 5 the charge will be $15.00 per day. This includes covered boat well, concrete launching slab and trailer parking. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE if you plan to bring a boat as there are a limited number of slips. Only 1 slip per cottage guaranteed closest to cottage.
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds for cancellations nor for early departures. Please note...this is the risk you take. We guarantee you a room and thus, take the room off the market. We do not double book our rooms. It is to your advantage to give us a 45-day notice of cancellation so we can re-rent the room, and you lose only your deposit. WARNING... you are responsible for the total number of days you have reserved.
Regarding Pets: Due to Guest complaints, we do not permit pets. |

| GROUP RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: As with individual reservations, a three night deposit must accompany all reservations within 7 days. However with groups collectively renting more than three units, payment of the entire balance is due a full 30 days prior to arrival. **Payment must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order only** One Person will be responsible for the deposits and balance due. IF PAYMENT IN FULL IS NOT RECEIVED 30 DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, WE WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. If Final Payment has been made and you received confirmation of said reservations and any cancellations occur, there will be NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE. |
