Payment Policy
Credit/Debit cards are NOT charged automatically at the time of reservation. A deposit is required within 14 days of your reservation. For stays of three nights or less, a $150 deposit is required. For stays of four or more nights, a $350 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Guests may mail a check or authorize payment to their credit/debit card on file with an additional 3% credit card processing fee.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an existing reservation, guests must call the Bass Point Office at 573-374-5205. If cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, will be forfeited with no refund. To avoid forfeiture, contact the Bass Point Resort Office to reschedule your stay. Sorry, no refunds for early departure, late arrival or acts of Mother Nature. Plans change and the unexpected may happen, and we are happy to assist you in rescheduling your trip, if needed.

Check In/Check Out
Check-in time is from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. If you plan on arriving after 6:00PM, please make arrangements with the office prior to arrival. Check-out is 10:00AM sharp. For early check-in or late check-out, please make arrangements with the office.

Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside the cabins. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200 deep cleaning fee to the credit card on file and asked to leave.

All cabins are smoke free. Please do not smoke in the cabins. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200.00 deep cleaning fee to the credit card on file.

Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
