Guests may check-in from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. If you plan on arriving after 6:00PM, please make arrangements with the office prior to arrival. Check-out is 10AM sharp. It is our peak season and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding on our check in and out times.
Deposits for 2022 will be accepted after January 1, 2022. You will receive an email from Bass Point when the deposit is due.
To cancel an existing reservation, guests must call the Bass Point Office at 573-374-5205. If cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, will be forfeited with no refund. To avoid forfeiture, contact the Bass Point Resort Office to reschedule your stay. Sorry, no refunds for early departure, late arrival or acts of Mother Nature. Plans change and the unexpected may happen, and we are happy to assist you in rescheduling your trip, if needed.
WHAT TO BRING
Bass Point Resort provides bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.) Guests are required to bring towels (beach, bath, hand, and kitchen towels and washcloths) and a bath mat.
If you move pool furniture to accommodate your family, please return it to its original location after use. ****GLASS OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED IN ALL POOL AREAS AND PLAYGROUND AREA****
Pets are NOT permitted on the property or inside the cabins. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200 deep cleaning fee to the credit card on file and asked to leave.
All cabins are smoke free. Please do not smoke in the cabins. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200.00 deep cleaning fee to the credit card on file. Please dispose of butts. Deck ashtrays available upon request.
We have Weber and park style grills for our guests to enjoy. Remember your charcoal!
GRILL AND KITCHEN UTENSILS
Grill utensils are available for use at the office. Please do NOT use the indoor cooking utensils on the grill and likewise, do not use the grill utensils on indoor cookware.
