BASS POINT RESORT POLICIES

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Guests may check-in from 4:00PM to 6:00PM. If you plan on arriving after 6:00PM, please make arrangements with the office prior to arrival. Check-out is 10AM sharp.

PAYMENT POLICY
A credit card is required to be on file for all reservations. Deposits are due within 10 days of the reservation booking. Stays of 3 nights or less require a $150 deposit and stays of 4 nights or longer require a $350 deposit. We accept personal check, debit and credit cards as payment. Cash will no longer be accepted in 2022. If your payment is not received within 10 days of your reservation, the card on file will be charged. Any payments via card will incur the additional 3% processing fee. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If a check has not been received for final payment, the card on file will be charged (plus the 3% processing fee).

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an existing reservation, guests must call the Bass Point Office at 573-374-5205. If a cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, will be forfeited with no refund. Sorry, no refunds for early departure, late arrival or acts of Mother Nature. Plans change and the unexpected may happen, and we are happy to assist you in rescheduling your trip, if possible.

WHAT TO BRING
Bass Point Resort provides bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.) Guests are required to bring towels (beach, bath, hand, and kitchen towels and washcloths) and a bath mat.

POOLS
If you move pool furniture to accommodate your family, please return it to its original location after use. ****GLASS OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED IN ALL POOL AREAS AND PLAYGROUND AREA****

PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted on the property or inside the cabins. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200 deep cleaning fee to the credit card on file and asked to leave.

SMOKING
All cabins are smoke free. Please do not smoke in the cabins. Violators of this policy will be charged a $200.00 deep cleaning fee to the credit card on file. Please dispose of butts. Deck ashtrays available upon request.

GRILLS
We have Weber and park style grills for our guests to enjoy. Remember your charcoal!

GRILL AND KITCHEN UTENSILS
Grill utensils are available for use in the office. Please do NOT use the indoor cooking utensils on the grill and likewise, do not use the grill utensils on indoor cookware.




ARRIVAL TIMES
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

DEPOSIT
By completing your booking you agree to the following Deposit Policy:

For Stays between 1-3 Nights: a $150 Deposit will be due within 10 days from the time of booking.

For Stays of 4 Nights or more: a $350 Deposit will be due within 10 days from the time of booking.
